Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Mobile Maintenance Gardener to carry out expert horticultural care across multiple private residential and commercial gardens. This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start for the right candidate.
Location:
You’ll be travelling between multiple locations across South West London and Surrey — this is not a fixed-site role. A company van is provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Routine and specialist garden care
*
Lawn mowing, feeding, edging
*
Border and bed work, planting and seasonal tasks
*
Hedge trimming, pruning, and general tidy-ups
*
Irrigation and water feature upkeep
*
Use of tools and garden machinery (training given)
*
Accurate record-keeping for any chemical treatments (PA1/PA6 advantageous)
Requirements:
✅ Experience in private residential or estate gardening
✅ Confident with plant ID and best practices for care
✅ Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence
✅ Able to work solo and as part of a team
✅ Willing to travel between sites daily
🎓 Formal horticultural training and PA1/PA6 spraying certificates are desirable but not essential.
Package:
💷 Salary: £28,000 – £32,000+ (DOE)
🚐 Van, uniform, PPE & training all provided
📆 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
