Gardener POSITION AT PREMIER ESTATES
LOCATION – London Dock - London Dock, Pennington Street, London, E1W 2AD
WORKING HOURS – Monday - Friday - (Apply online only)
SALARY – £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
CONTRACT – Full-time, Permanent

London Dock is situated in the heart of Wapping, just moments from Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, St Katharine Docks, and the city. London Dock features 7.5 acres of beautifully landscaped open spaces, a magnificent choreographed central water feature and 1,800 high quality new homes. The development benefits from private gardens and exceptional facilities including private screening room, spa and gym suite, squash court, virtual golf course and 24-hour concierge.
The ideal candidate will have strong horticultural knowledge, with an understanding of which plants are best suited to the terrain, helping the development's landscape thrive in the long term. They will also be experienced in maintaining visually appealing and sustainable green spaces, even in challenging environments.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
Weeding and litter picking
Jet washing and keeping outdoor spaces clean and safe
Pest control and plant health management
Planting and maintaining displays
Confident use of specialist gardening tools.
Ability to take direction and work as part of a small teamPlease Note: You will be provided with the relevant guidance and support to be successful in the role
WHAT WE ASK FROM YOU;
Strong communicator in both written and verbal; you will be liaising with clients, contractors and persons inside / outside of the organization.
Excellent team player
Proficient IT Skills
Strong Multi-Tasking Ability
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
