Hours: 40 hours per week, alternate weekends

What you'll be doing:
As Gardening Department Manager, you'll take full commercial and operational responsibility for the gardening sundries department.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing your team to deliver excellent service and results
Maintaining high standards in merchandising, stock presentation, and promotional execution
Managing stock levels, seasonal planning, and retail standard
Delivering sales targets and KPIs through effective retail execution
Providing expert product advice to customers and setting high service standards
Supporting the wider management team with day-to-day centre operations

Proven retail management experience, ideally within a garden centre or DIY environment
Strong product knowledge of gardening sundries, composts, fertilisers, and related categories is desired but not strictly necessary
