Description
Oversee the fit and construction of womenswear garments, ensuring they meet design specifications.
Collaborate with designers and suppliers to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
Conduct garment fittings and provide feedback to achieve the desired fit and finish.
Develop and maintain accurate technical packs, including size specifications and construction details.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and testing requirements for all products.
Monitor production processes to identify and address potential issues early.
Assist in reducing costs while maintaining high-quality standards through effective technical solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to contribute to continuous improvement.Profile
