Job Description

Enjoy hybrid working, 25 days annal leave in Worcestershire area as a Gas Compliance Surveyor. This role offers the chance to manage the big 6 and over see the contractors works.
  
 You will be working for a well-known housing provider that values not only their tenants but every stakeholder within the business, ensuring attention to detail, collaboration and a commitment to maintaining high levels of compliance.
  
 As the Gas Compliance Surveyor you will be:
 Covering the big 6 of compliance specifically Gas Safety.
 Overseeing the contractors to ensure their work is up the high standards.
 Effectively manage and monitor budgets that relate to the delivery of compliance
 Make sure that all compliance information is updated and the information is accurate
 Manage contractors and ensure the compliance of the business is effectively achieved
  
 Qualifications the Gas Compliance Surveyor will need:
 Previous experience of delivering gas safety programmes and contracts in a social housing setting
 Experience working with the big 6 of compliance 
 Experience checking contractors work and booking in remedial work
 HNC/HND in Building Studies or a degree in surveying
 ACS qualified
