Gas Engineer / HVAC Engineer
£38k-£40k Base Salary + Company Van + 25 Days Holiday + Overtime + Benefits
Location - West Sussex / Surrey
We are currently recruiting for a Multi-skilled Gas and HVAC Engineer to join an established client of ours with over 20 years' experience in the Building Services, Mechanical and HVAC industry.
This is an excellent opportunity with training provided for the right person. The role could suit a Domestic Gas Engineer who wants to progress into Commercial Gas / HVAC.
You'll be working as a Mobile Engineer throughout the South East, therefore you'll need to be comfortable with travelling throughout Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire, Kent and a fairly large patch. (however there is no central London work).
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on HVAC and gas systems.
Diagnose and repair faults in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Install new HVAC and gas appliances and systems in line with current regulations.
Conduct gas safety checks and issue relevant certification.
Requirements
NVQ Level 2/3 in HVAC or Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).
Gas Safe registered with relevant domestic and/or commercial qualifications.
F-Gas certification (preferred), however again training is provided.
Full UK driving licence.
