Job Description

Enjoy a Gas Service Engineer role with a strong focus on servicing domestic heating systems across social housing properties in the High Peak region, including Buxton, Glossop, and surrounding towns. This role involves regular travel between properties within a defined patch, ensuring you can manage your day efficiently while providing a vital service to the community.

Role Overview:
As the Gas Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing of domestic heating systems in social housing properties, ensuring compliance with gas safety regulations and best practices. You will remain within a designated area throughout the day, managing your workload across multiple properties while providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
•  Carrying out routine servicing of domestic heating systems.
•  Ensuring all work is completed safely, in line with gas safety regulations.
•  Documenting work via a PDA and reporting accidents, near-misses, and hazards.
•  Maintaining excellent customer communication and reporting any additional work required.

We are looking for a Gas Service Engineer who has:
•  ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT.
•  A full UK driving license.
•  Social housing experience.
•  A flexible, positive attitude towards varied work and schedules.
•  Additional qualifications (LPG, Unvented) are desirable.

The Gas Service Engineer will receive:
•  Price work (competitive rates).
•  Weekly pay.
•  Long-term work with plenty of opportunities for ongoing projects.

Location & Travel:
•  This role is based across the High Peak region, including Buxton, Glossop, and surrounding areas.
•  Regular travel between properties within a designated patch.
