Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.
They require self-employed heating engineers for an ongoing service contract with POBL Housing Association.
Contract Details:
Location: Newport and Surrounding Areas
Contract: POBL
Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks
Commitment: Ideally 5 days per week but will consider minimum of 3 days with a high volume of work guaranteed
Contract Length: Ongoing
Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears.
Rates:
* £27.00 per complete property (LGSR)

Requirements:
* 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer
* ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)
* Own Van and Tools
* Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
* £2m Public Liability Insurance
* DBS Check (dated within 12 months)
