Gas & Plumbing Engineer
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Salary: £55,000 and above depending on experience.

Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a skilled Gas & Plumbing Engineer to join our team and support our expanding client base. Job Description: As a Gas & Plumbing Engineer, you’ll provide reliable plumbing and mechanical services across domestic and commercial properties. You’ll carry out installations, repairs, and maintenance with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and mechanical systems (domestic & commercial)
- Diagnose faults and deliver effective solutions
- Perform first and second fix plumbing works
-Test and commission systems for safe operation
- Complete risk assessments and maintain safe working practices
- Record job details accurately (electronic and paper-based)
- Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota
Requirements:
Essential:
- Gas Safe Registered (Domestic & Commercial)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent) *
- Commercial Gas: COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, CDGA1
- Domestic Gas: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1 * Experience in domestic and commercial environments
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
- G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems
- LPG & Catering Gas qualifications
- WRAS Water Regulations Certificate
- Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Working at Height
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Safety-conscious with attention to detail
- Able to work independently and within a team
