Job Description

R9 Recruitment are hiring on behalf of a long established Social Housing Property Maintenance client with over 50 years of proven success in the industry.
Role: Domestic Gas Service & Repair Engineer
Location - the choice is yours:
Option 1 - TW,W,UB Postcodes
Option 2 - SW Postcodes
Option 3 - Central London
Hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week)
On Call: 1 in 4 weeks
Basic Salary: Up to £45,614.40 + Out of Hours
Package:
" Company van
" Fuel card
" 33 days holiday days
" Company pension
" Company sick pay
" Double hourly rate for call outs, paid door to door
Requirements:
" Minimum 4+ years' experience in domestic repairs
" ACS Certificates: HTR1 + CKR1
" Clean DBS
" Full UK manual driving licence
