Job Description:
We are actively seeking highly skilled Gas Service & Breakdown Engineers to join our team, working within the social housing sector. This role is ideal for engineers who are strong on diagnostics and repairs, and who take pride in resolving faults quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Attend breakdowns and diagnose faults on a variety of domestic gas appliances
*
Carry out repairs to a high standard with a strong first-time fix rate
*
Conduct annual gas services and landlord safety checks
*
Ensure all work complies with current regulations and health & safety standards
*
Deliver a professional, respectful service in tenants’ homes
*
Complete all required job sheets and digital paperwork accurately
What We’re Looking For:
*
Proven experience in fault finding and reactive repairs – we’re especially interested in engineers who are confident under pressure and can think on their feet
*
ACS Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1)
*
Full UK driving licence and own van, tools & FGA
*
Gas Safe registered or willing to register
*
Public Liability Insurance
*
Experience working in social housing or domestic properties
What We Offer:

£250 – £270 per day, paid weekly

Monday to Friday schedule – no weekend work
