Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Gas Service Engineer to join our dynamic team, specialising in gas services for social housing properties. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary qualifications, skills, and experience to deliver high-quality gas services in compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:

Conduct gas services in social housing properties, averaging 10+ jobs per day.
*
Work is for landlords – payment is per property.
*
Ensure all work is completed safely and in full compliance with regulations.
*
Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and professional conduct.
*
Collaborate with the wider team to complete scheduled services on time.
Qualifications:

CCN1
*
CENWAT
*
CPA1
*
CKR1
*
HTR1
Requirements:
*
Own van and tools
*
Public/employers liability insurance
*
Valid UK driving license
*
Signed ACS certificate
*
Gas Safe card
*
DBS check
*
Passport or birth certificate (for right to work)
*
Calibration certificate
*
Motor insurance
Experience:
*
Previous experience in social housing preferred.
Payment and Registration:
*
Weekly pay (one week in arrears)
*
Paid via LTD or Sole Trader accounts (CIS registration required unless you have Gross Payment Status)
