We are actively looking for a Gas Surveyor to join a housing association in the Birmingham area on a permanent. In return you will receive m
As the Gas Surveyor you will be:
Updating all compliance ensuring everything is in line with legislation
Ensuring all valuations are correct
Responsible for ensuring all work is priced correctly, supporting the contract delivery surveyors
Dealing with gas complaints from customers
Qualifications / Experience:
CIOB / QS / RICS degree
Previous experience managing gas complaints / liaising with customers
Social housing experience
Previous experience working as a QS valuating work
As the Gas Surveyor, you will receive:
£43,800
35 hours a week
25 days annual leave
