Job Description

GCSE German Tutor - Woking, Surrey - £30-£35 per hour

Remedy Tutors are looking for an experienced and dedicated GCSE German Tutor to provide one-to-one tuition for a student in Woking, Surrey.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support a student working towards their GCSE German qualification. The student is significantly sight impaired, so experience supporting learners with visual impairments or additional educational needs is highly desirable.

Role Details:

Location: Woking, Surrey
Hours: 3 hours per week
Subject: GCSE German
Pay: £30-£35 per hour (depending on experience)
Start: September 2026
One-to-one, face-to-face tuitionThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience teaching German at GCSE level
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience supporting students with SEND, particularly visual impairments, is highly desirable
The ability to adapt teaching resources and delivery to meet the student's individual needs
Excellent communication skills and a patient, flexible approach
