Pertemps Education are delighted to be working with a wonderful Secondary School in Wembley who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join their team immediately.
This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and engage students across the sciences, teaching predominantly at GCSE level. The school has a supportive leadership team, excellent facilities, and a strong reputation for fostering both academic achievement and personal growth.
The Role
Teaching Science (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) to students aged 11–16, with a focus on GCSE classes
Delivering creative, well-structured lessons that motivate and challenge students
Assessing progress, providing feedback, and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
Working collaboratively with the Science Department and wider school communityThe Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Experience teaching Science at Key Stages 3 and 4
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire a love of science in young people
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
