Outreach Tutor - Qualified & SEN/SEMH Specialist

About the Role:
Prospero Teaching is on the lookout for a dedicated GCSE Outreach Tutor to deliver personalised, 1:1 tuition to students who are currently not attending school. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced educators who are ready to move away from the traditional classroom setting and embrace a more flexible, rewarding teaching environment.
As an Outreach Tutor, you will work closely with students who have often been out of education for some time, helping to rebuild their confidence and reignite their passion for learning. Your role will involve creating and delivering bespoke lesson plans that are tailored to each student's individual needs, ensuring that they not only catch up but thrive academically.

Work closely with Prospero Teaching to monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, PGCE, or equivalent.
A minimum of 6 months' experience working in a UK school (SEN/SEMH experience preferred).
Safeguarding training within the last year (desirable but not essential).
A genuine passion for making a positive impact on young people's education, especially those with additional needs.What We Offer:
