Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled Mechanical Industrial Gearbox Fitter to join our client's growing team. If you take pride in precision engineering and have hands-on experience working with industrial gearboxes, this is an excellent opportunity to put your expertise to work across a wide range of industries.
What You’ll Be Doing
*
Strip down, inspect, repair, and rebuild Helical, Worm, Bevel Helical, and Spur Gearboxes.
*
Work with gearboxes ranging from 150 kg to 10 tonnes.
*
Support customers across multiple diverse and interesting sectors.
*
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
*
Minimum 5 years’ experience in gearbox fitting, gear components, and related machinery
*
Proven ability to strip and rebuild industrial gearboxes independently.
*
Full UK driving licence (preferred).
*
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
