I'm currently working with a fantastic organisation based in the heart of Leeds, and we're on the lookout for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented General Administrator to join their growing team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're someone who loves ticking things off a to-do list and being the go-to person for all things admin, this could be the perfect fit!
What You'll Be Doing:
As a General Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing incoming calls and emails, and directing queries appropriately
* Maintaining and updating internal databases and records
* Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
* Scheduling meetings and coordinating diaries
* Ordering office supplies and managing stock levels
* Supporting finance and HR teams with basic admin tasks
* Filing, scanning, and general document management
* Assisting with onboarding new starters and organising training sessions
* Providing ad hoc support to various departments as needed
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Salary & Benefits:
* £24,000-£28,000 depending on experience
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
