Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced General Builder to join our Property Team in Wiltshire for a large Housing Association. You’ll focus on damp and mould repairs in our homes. A van and fuel card are provided for travel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out building repairs and maintenance
* Tackle damp and mould issues (e.g. mould washing, vents, insulation, drains)
* Work in both empty and occupied homes
What You’ll Need:
* NVQ Level 2 in a building trade or strong trade experience
* Good customer service and health & safety awareness
* Full UK driving licence (min. 1 year experience)
