✅ What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – preferred
We will also consider experienced Instructors and QTLS holders
Strong classroom management skills
Ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff
Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic about education
The Role:
Covering lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
Ensuring a positive learning environment and maintaining behaviour standards
Flexibility to work in different schools, often with short notice
