Job Description
Abatec is currently recruiting General Factory Operatives and Assembly Operatives for our established manufacturing clients in the Highbridge area.
This is a long-term, permanent opportunity offering stable employment, training, and career progression in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out manufacturing and assembly work (including facilities units)
* Operating a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively
* General production and warehouse duties
* Manual handling and other physical tasks
* Adhering to all health & safety procedures
Skills & Experience:
* Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not essential
* Confidence using tools and equipment
* Forklift licence desirable but not required
* Keen attention to detail
* Willingness to learn – full training provided for the right candidates
Please note: This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment that involves physical/manual work and regular use of tools.
