Job Description
We’re working with an outstanding contractor to recruit an experienced General Foreman for a mixture of civils and marine work. The business has a great presence on the South Coast with projects coming up for local authorities, private clients, Environment Agency and Coastal Partners between Southampton and Bournemouth. These projects range between £2m and £25m.
The wider business has an excellent reputation in Hampshire securing work on the Hampshire GEN5 framework as well as the much-anticipated AMP8 framework.
In a marine environment, where you’ll be based their expertise include sheet piled walls, mooring dolphins, berth extensions, reinforced concrete sea walls, revetment works and flood alleviation bunds.

Duties will include:
* Deliver and manage site briefings and toolbox talks
* Record keeping and Health & Safety
* Support, improve and drive the programme of works where possible
* Management of direct labour, plant and sub-contractors
* Problem solving, logistics and end of shift reports
