Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Health Care Assistant with a strong background in surgical care to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will be confident supporting surgical staff, maintaining sterile environments, preparing patients, and assisting with post-operative recovery.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff in a surgical setting
*
Assist with patient preparation before procedures
*
Maintain aseptic/sterile environments
*
Support post-operative care and patient monitoring
*
Perform general HCA duties, including observations and documentation
*
Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene, and patient dignity
Requirements:
*
Previous HCA experience in a surgical or theatre environment (required)
*
Valid HCA certification or equivalent
*
Strong understanding of infection control and sterile procedures
*
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Rate of Pay:
£15 p/h
