Job Title: General Labourer / Duct Mate

Location: Reading City Centre
Pay Rate: £16.00 – £16.50 per hour
Duration: Ongoing – Minimum 1 Year
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:00 (Minimum 40 hours per week)
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced General Labourer / Duct Mate for an ongoing project based in Reading City Centre. The role involves supporting mechanical installation works, primarily focused on mechanical trays. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone looking for steady work on a large-scale commercial project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting duct fitters and mechanical trades on site
* Installing and supporting mechanical tray systems
* General site duties including handling materials and keeping the site tidy
* Following health and safety protocols at all times
Requirements:
* Valid Green CSCS Card (Essential)
* Previous experience working as a Labourer or Duct Mate on mechanical installations
* Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work well within a team
* Ability to read and follow instructions from site supervisors
What We Offer:
* Competitive hourly rate of £16.00 – £16.50
