Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on, reliable General Maintenance Worker to support day-to-day repair and upkeep tasks across residential and communal properties in the Bristol area. This is a great opportunity for someone practical, professional, and confident working independently across multiple sites. Role Responsibilities: Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks Basic plumbing, joinery, and patch plastering Fixing door handles, locks, skirting, minor tiling, etc. Replacing light fixtures and fittings (basic electrical) Ensuring work areas are left clean and tidy Reporting any major faults or health & safety issues Requirements: Previous experience in a similar maintenance or handyman role Comfortable using tools and basic materials Valid Enhanced DBS (essential due to working in occupied or sensitive environments) Good communication and time management skills Driving licence and own transport preferred
