Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a General Maintenance Operative to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a General Maintenance Operative who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The General Maintenance Operative, will be responsible for:
* Completing planned and reactive maintenance
* Monitoring all fabrics within scope
* Completing Helpdesk tasks to ensure contract compliance
* Liaise with engineers and subcontractors
* Complete work-related documentation accurately
To be successful for this General Maintenance Operative role you must have:
* Relevant maintenance experience
* Basic IT skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook
* Strong communication skills
