The role
As a general manager you will manage the floor and the day to day running of this gastro pub, you will ensure the establishment is ready for the opening and ensure everything runs smoothly in service. you will train new staff, ensure regulars are happy and run the shift. this role will include all the standard general manager duties

We are looking for a hands on general manager who will run the operation on a day to day basis, you will be from this type of background and a hands on manager, you will have a dry and wet side experience but you must have a food led operation background
