Production Line Solutions c. £90,000 pa + 30% Bonus + Car + Executive Benefits Based: West Midlands The Role Reporting to the Operations Director and as a member of the main board your key tasks will include: To lead the implementation of the after sales strategy and tactical plan to support the company's substantial growth plans within the EMEA region. To develop the Customer Satisfaction KPI's and SLA frameworks to improve problem resolution and significantly improve customer service. To foster a culture of continuous improvement, high performance and customer-centricity within the field service and customer service teams. To lead, manage and develop the multi- national and multi-cultural team to achieve and exceed their individual and team KPI's and to further improve the after-sales function's profitability and reputation internally and externally.The Candidate This role calls for an experienced service and installation manager with: Extensive experience in managing a department/team that installs, services and maintains high value capital equipment/systems. A "hands on," customer focused and charismatic senior manager who is well used to the demands of fast moving, service led and demanding international blue-chip customers. Current or recent experience of the food processing, packaging, security or HVAC sectors would be preferable.
