General Manager required for our Automotive dealership Client.
Our Client based in Swindon, are seeking a General Manager to oversee the running of their dealership.
Benefits:
Starting salary up to £80,0000 per annum (negotiable pending experience).
Monthly Dealership performance-related bonuses providing a £100,000 annual on-target earnings.
30 days holiday including bank holidays, plus additional holiday entitlement which increases with length of service

Monday to Friday with support on weekends when required. Specification:
Previous General Manager / Dealer Principal experience within a Motor Trade business
A General Manager who leads from the front and is able to motivate the team to success
Evidence of a steady and progressive career path
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.Responsibilities:
Recruitment, training, coaching and development of all members of staff
Fully responsible for the P&L of the dealership
Maintaining a strong relationship with the manufacturer
Focused on Customer Service and ensure that all staff deliver a professional service.For your hard work as a General Manager with our Client, you can expect a salary of £80000.
