We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial minded General Manager to join our dynamic, forward-thinking team at our Head Office site in North Lincolnshire

In this integral operational role, you’ll collaborate closely with key stakeholders, delivering insightful analysis and commercial guidance
The role
As a General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Partnering with commercial, brand, and development teams to influence strategic decisions and maximise profitability
* Overseeing inflation/deflation analysis to assess financial impact
* Preparing brand-level P&Ls and taking an active role in monthly business unit reviews
* Owning balance sheet reconciliations for long- and short-term discounts, ensuring audit trail and control
* Supporting the delivery of annual budgets, demand reforecasts, and commercial planning cycles
* Providing robust financial challenge and support across multiple business scenarios
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a commercially and Operationally focused finance professional who is:
* Professionally qualified (CIMA or ACCA preferred)
* Experienced in business partnering in a field service operation
* Highly analytical, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable working across functions, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Inquisitive and confident in challenging the status quo to drive improvement
* Organised, resilient and adaptable to change

* Monday to Friday: office hours
