General Manager - High-Volume QSR Operation

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Benefits

No Late Nights

We’re recruiting for a hands-on, driven General Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-potential quick service restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity within an established brand, operating from a unique, multi-level site with both dine-in and takeaway channels.

While the current footprint is compact, the business has significant scope to grow turnover, making this an exciting role for an ambitious operator who thrives on building performance.

General Manager - The Role:

This is a highly operational position where you’ll be leading from the front. You’ll take full ownership of day-to-day performance, driving standards across both front and back of house while developing a motivated, high-performing team.

You’ll be responsible for:

  * Delivering exceptional customer experience at pace

  * Driving consistency in food quality, service, and cleanliness

  * Managing a multi-floor operation with strong attention to detail

  * Leading, coaching, and inspiring your team to achieve results

  * Taking control of labour, costs, and overall site profitability

  * Maintaining rigorous food safety and compliance standards

  * Supporting kitchen operations – including hands-on involvement where needed

This role is ideal for an experienced QSR General Manager who is:

  * Proven in high-volume, fast-paced environments

  * Operationally strong with a “lead from the front” mindset

  * Detail-focused with exceptionally high personal standards

  * Comfortable managing both FOH and BOH, including cooking/frying

  * A natural team player who builds strong, engaged teams

  * Able to motivate, challenge, and develop people to deliver results

  * Commercially aware, with a strong grip on KPIs and cost control

  * Resilient, hands-on, and thrives under pressure
