Salary: Up to £55,000 + Tronc + Performance Bonus

Platinum Recruitment is working with a well-established hospitality group to recruit an experienced General Manager for a high-profile venue in the Stroud area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, commercially focused General Manager to lead a busy operation, develop a strong team and drive the business forward.

As General Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation, leading the management team and ensuring excellent standards across the business.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading, motivating and developing the team
Driving sales, profitability and performance
Managing P&L, labour and stock costs
Maintaining excellent guest and service standards
Developing sales and business opportunities
Ensuring compliance and operational standards
Working closely with senior managementThe Ideal Candidate
