Freight General Manager / Branch Manager
Package
An uncapped and incentivised bonus scheme which is one of the best in the industry paying up to 3/4 of your annual salary.
* Salary: 65k - 75k dependent on experience + bonuses
* Additional: Company Car, Mobile Phone, Laptop
* Bonuses: Industry leading bonus scheme, potential to earn £50,000+ yearly in bonuses
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.
Responsibilities
* Managing the entire office operationally & commercially
* Looking after predominantly Ocean freight business, whilst also monitoring Air and Road freight business
* Provide leadership and direction to a team of 7 individuals
* Responsible for the Profit + Loss of the branch
* Growing and developing new business, maximising profit for the branch
* Administrative duties
* Recruit and train new hires on business practices
* Drive development of employees
* Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
