As the General Manager, you will lead a beautifully designed, luxury residence, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-- centred care in full compliance with CQC regulations. You will oversee the development of a high-performing team, drive occupancy, and uphold the service standards expected from a premium care environment.

The Candidate

We are seeking an accomplished, confident, and inspirational Home Manager with a proven background in successfully running residential care homes. You will demonstrate:

- A strong understanding of CQC requirements

- A track record of achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ ratings

- Excellent leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and develop teams

- A passion for delivering first-class, luxury care experiences

Requirements

- Minimum four years’ experience as a Home Manager

- Strong knowledge of CQC criteria with a history of compliant reports

- Commercial awareness and the ability to drive performance
