 What You’ll Do:
  
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing FOH & BOH team 
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and an outstanding guest experience 
Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and supplier relationships 
Drive financial performance through smart budgeting and cost control 
Maintain top-tier food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards 
Build guest loyalty by responding to feedback with professionalism 
Support menu development and contribute fresh ideas 
Implement marketing initiatives to boost sales and brand awareness  What We’re Looking For:
  
Proven leadership experience as a GM or Restaurant Manager 
Strong people-management and communication skills 
Solid understanding of restaurant operations 
Financial acumen and confidence in analysing performance 
A passion for hospitality and elevating the guest experience
