Job Title: General Office Manager Area: Thetford Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday – 09.00 am to 16.30pm (some flexibility) Salary: Excellent Salary Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Galaxy Personnel is partnering with an exciting growing company, with over 40 years of growth and experience in the local market place, If you are an Office Manager looking to work in a progressive, growing company with an expanding client list, this could be the role for you!!! Key Role Objectives * Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. * Handle HR tasks * Staff Data Management, * Vetting Procedures, * Security Work Permit along with * Updating training matrix. * Have Accreditation knowledge to assist in yearly renewal. * Support financial tasks, including invoicing, and basic bookkeeping. * Maintain health and safety standards within the office environment. What you will need: * Proven experience in office management or administration. * Strong organisational and time-management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Xero Accountancy. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks efficiently. The salary will ultimately be based on an experienced candidate as we are looking for a permanent addition to our team.
