Job Description
DC Personnel are currently recruiting for a General Operative / Fitters Mate in the LE7 area of Leicestershire.
This is a full time permanent role. Start date is ASAP
If you are looking for long term ongoing work with a business who will invest in you with full training and career progression, this may well be the role for you.
Working with a great team, your role will be a mix of being based at the workshop in Leicestershire and out onsite assisting the fitting team across the midlands. You will undertake various roles including site installations and factory-based manufacturing.
Salary : £12.50 - £13.50 (Previous experience required to get the higher rate)
Hours : 6am -2:30pm (40 hours per week) Monday – Friday
The ideal candidate will come with :
Experience in general DIY
Good numeracy skills & literacy skills
Ability to read and interpret drawings and the ability to measure materials
Ability to use electric hand tools
Full driving licence is essential for this role
Good attention to detail and accuracy in all work with ability to produce quality work
CSCS Card would be an advantage but not essential
