General Operatives
Location: County Louth, Ireland
Pay Rate: €13.50 - €14.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm, Friday 8:30am-1:30pm
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are currently seeking General Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment in County Louth. This role would suit someone reliable, motivated, and eager to learn new skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate manufacturing equipment such as folding machines, press brakes, guillotines, and packaging machinery
Work as part of a team to ensure efficient production in line with quality and scheduling standards
Maintain excellent attention to detail and quality of work
Adapt to a fast-paced production environment
Participate in training and new processes as required
Follow all Health & Safety procedures, including wearing PPE
Complete any required training (e.g. Manual Handling)
Be flexible to work within different manufacturing areas as neededRequirements:
Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment
Basic understanding of touch screen technology
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and punctuality are essential
Willingness to learn and develop new skillsBenefits:
