Job Description

Location: King’s Lynn
Shift: Monday - Friday | 06:00 - 15:00
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

Daily Operations

  * Complete daily warehouse operations and report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor

  * Work closely with all warehouse operatives to ensure all outgoing goods are correct

  * Ensure maximum productivity is always achieved

  * Maintain high standards of product quality

  * Adhere to and support the company’s quality policy and objectives

  * Demonstrate self-motivation, drive, and enthusiasm

  * Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales

Team Working and Staffing

  * Place communication and positive workplace culture at the forefront of daily activities

  * Treat all colleagues with respect and dignity

  * Respect and value individual differences

  * Work collaboratively towards shared team goals

  * Communicate improved ways of working to increase efficiency

  * Contribute constructively to team meetings

  * Ensure timekeeping standards are consistently maintained

Health & Safety

  * Maintain strong safety awareness to help eliminate injuries within the department

  * Regularly check for safety hazards and ensure issues are addressed promptly

  * Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work area

  * Follow all company health & safety requirements

  * Complete required equipment checks prior to use

  * Actively participate in safety improvement initiatives

  * Report unsafe practices by co-workers

  * Immediately report all accidents, injuries, or safety incidents
