Job Description
Danny Sullivan Group are currently looking for a hardworking and dependable General Operative / Labourer to join a busy infrastructure site based in Calvert. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right experience and qualifications to step into a short-term role with a leading contractor, supporting key operational teams on the ground. If you’re proactive, safety-aware, and ready to start immediately, we want to hear from you.
Job Description:
Full-Time Position
Short term work
Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 4:00pm
Weekend and overtime opportunities available
Immediate Start
Your Role:
Working alongside the Vacuum Excavator Operator as a spotter, helping guide safe operations
Supporting daily site tasks, including basic groundworks and general labouring duties
Maintaining high standards of site safety, cleanliness, and organisation
Assisting with deliveries, equipment handling, and other tasks as required by site management
Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card
EKFB Induction (essential for access)
Full driving licence or own transport (site is not accessible by public transport)
Right to Work in the UK
Previous experience on construction or civils projects is preferred
Must be punctual, safety-conscious, and willing to get stuck in
One working reference (preferred)
