A number of General Operatives are required for a contract role in the Highway Maintenance Sector.
As General Operative, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with general labour tasks such as loading/unloading, site clean-up, or basic maintenance.
Supporting warehouse operations including picking, packing, and stock movement.
Carrying out manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
Following instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
We’re looking for General Operatives with:
Previous experience in warehouse, construction, or outdoor labour roles is desirable but not essential.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
