About the Role:
We are currently recruiting a General Operator to join our client's team in their busy Cambridge facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
*
Receiving and checking incoming stock
*
Accurately storing and rotating inventory
*
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
*
Supporting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies
*
Following all site health and safety procedures
*
Carrying out general warehouse duties as needed
About You:
*
Previous warehouse or general operative experience is advantageous but not essential
*
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
*
Able to work efficiently and meet performance targets
*
A team player with good communication skills
*
Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
*
Flexible and quick to learn
