🔧 Production Operative - Skilled in Hand-Held Tools 🔧
📍 Location: Brigg
🕒 Hours:Monday - Thursday 7:45-16:45 with an early finish on a Friday of 12:45
📅 Contract Type: Permanent after a successful 12 week period
Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing high-quality work? We're looking for a Production Operative to join our dynamic team, where your skills with hand-held tools will be put to great use in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain hand-held tools (e.g., drills, grinders, screwdrivers) safely and efficiently.
Assemble, modify, or finish products according to specifications.
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
