Job Description
Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for General Operatives based in the outskirts of Norwich. Own transport is essential due to site location.
Please note: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the UK at the time of application.
Duties and responsibilities:
Assist with packaging, labeling, and dispatching of finished goods
Prepare metal components for coating (e.g., cleaning, masking, hanging)
Inspect parts before and after coating to ensure quality standards are met
Load and unload parts from production lines or curing ovens
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Report equipment faults or material shortages to supervisors
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Any other duties as required
Requirements:
Good level of physical fitness (manual handling involved)
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Willingness to work in a factory/industrial environment
Shift pattern:
Monday to Friday
