General Operative, Newbridge, Day Shift, Full Time Ongoing Work, £13 per hour
We're looking for reliable and hardworking General Operatives to join a leading precast concrete manufacturer in Newbridge, Edinburgh. This is a full-time, long-term position offering steady day shifts, excellent training, and genuine opportunities for progression.
If you've worked as a Production Operative, Machine Operative, Manufacturing Operative, or Construction Labourer, this role offers the chance to develop your skills in a busy, well-established production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery and equipment used in the production of precast concrete products.
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of concrete moulds and tools.
Pour, level, and finish concrete to precise quality standards.
Load and unload materials manually or with the use of lifting equipment.
Support production, warehouse, and yard operations as part of a team.
Follow health & safety procedures to maintain a clean, efficient work environment.What We're Looking For
Experience in manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or yard-based roles.
Confidence using hand tools, machinery, or production equipment.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
A good level of physical fitness for manual work.
Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and progress.What's on Offer
