General Operator / Fitter ( Full Training Provided )
Kidderminster, commutable from Birmingham, Worcester, Bridgnorth
£27,000 - £29,000 + Mon- Thu (8-5pm)+ Early finish on Friday (8-2pm) +Full Training - additional pay for site work + Vehicle provided + Progression + + Overtime

This is a hands-on role based both in the workshop and on customer sites, assisting with the manufacture, refurbishment, installation, and servicing of machinery.
In this role, you will be carrying out on-site servicing of machines, attending callouts, supporting installations, and developing your skills through full training alongside experienced engineers.
This role would suit someone with an engineering qualification or practical experience who is looking for stability, structured hours, and the opportunity to learn and progress within a supportive environment.
The Role
*Assist with the manufacture and refurbishment of machinery in the workshop
*Service, repair, and install machinery both onsite and in-house
*Days based (Monday to Friday)
The Person
*Punctual and hard-working
*Able to work independently and as part of a team
*Engineering skills, welding capability, tool proficiency
*Full UK driving licence essential
