Assistant/Trainee General Practice Surveyor
Birmingham
Up to £35,000 per annum DOE
Full-Time, Permanent

Pertemps are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a respected property services firm based in Birmingham, offering a fantastic opportunity for a bright and driven Assistant or Trainee Property Consultant to join their growing team.
About the Opportunity:

Day-to-Day Duties:
Assisting with property inspections, reports, and transactions
Supporting lease negotiations, rental assessments, and asset reviews
Contributing to investment appraisals and planned disposals
Preparing documents, data and summaries for client presentations
Visiting properties across the UK to support ongoing project work
Working alongside experienced consultants and learning on the job
What We're Looking For:
A degree or background in real estate, surveying, or property management
Keen interest in pursuing a recognised qualification or accreditation (training provided)
Strong communication and written skills
Competent IT user with the ability to produce professional reports
UK driving licence and flexibility to travel for site visits
Ideally based within commuting distance of Central Birmingham
