Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in face-to-face, telephone, and e-consultations
Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including ANPs, PNs, pharmacists, and healthcare assistants
Engage in clinical meetings, QOF, and ongoing practice development
Support chronic disease management, health promotion, and preventative careAbout You:
GMC-registered GP with a valid license to practice in the UK
Inclusion on the NHS Performers List
