Job Title: General Sales Manager – Flagship Motorcycle Dealership
Location: Cheltenham, GL51
Salary: £40,000 basic salary + bonus – OTE £60,000 + company car which can switch to company Motorcycle in the summer
Are you an experienced sales manager with a passion for motorcycles? This is your chance to lead a dynamic team at a premium brand flagship motorcycle dealership in Cheltenham, GL51.
This role offers a competitive base salary of £40,000, with the potential to earn up to £60,000 including bonuses. Additionally, the position includes a company car, with the exciting option to switch to a company motorcycle during the summer months.
As the General Sales Manager, you will be at the helm of a thriving dealership, steering the sales team towards success. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the dealership's esteemed reputation.
The role is full-time and permanent, requiring commitment across five days out of seven. While Saturdays are a working day, you will enjoy Sundays off and an additional day off during the week, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.
