We are seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to join a well-established dealership in Truro, Cornwall. Duties of a General Sales Manager:

  * Provide training, coaching, and support to sales executives and apprentices
  * Regularly report sales performance and progress to senior management

Requirements for the General Sales Manager role:
  * Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or Senior Sales Professional within the motor trade or automotive sales environment
  * Strong leadership and team management skills

  * Demonstrable track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets
  * Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  * Full UK driving licence
